Cancellation Policy

Registration fee

Please note that Helsinki Summer School cannot refund the registration fee in case of a cancellation.

Course fee

If you have paid the course fee in advance, but have decided not to participate in the programme before August, Helsinki Summer School will refund the course fee minus 15% and all banking costs. If you cancel after August 2, 2013, we will not be able to refund the course fee.

Please note that we will not refund the course fee after August 2, 2013.

Accommodation fee

If you have paid the accommodation fee in advance, but have decided not to participate in the programme before the accommodation fee payment deadline, Helsinki Summer School will refund the accommodation fee minus 15% and all banking costs. If you cancel after the accommodation fee payment deadline, we will not be able to refund the accommodation fee.

Social activities fees

Helsinki Summer School does not refund the fees paid for social activities.
