If you have paid the course fee in advance, but have decided not to participate in the programme before August, Helsinki Summer School will refund the course fee minus 15% and all banking costs. If you cancel after July 31, 2010, we will not be able to refund the course fee.

If you have paid the accommodation fee in advance, but have decide not to participate in the programme before the accommodation fee payment deadline, Helsinki Summer School will refund the accommodation fee minus 15% and all banking costs. If you cancel after the accommodation fee payment deadline, we will not be able to refund the accommodation fee.
Helsinki Summer School does not refund the fees paid for social activities.
The ash cloud from the Icelandic volcano activity has caused persistent disturbance to international air traffic. Because of this global force majeure situation, Helsinki Summer School does not refund any fees in case your transport is delayed and you cannot make it to the course. However, if you are delayed for this reason, we would be grateful if you let us know immediately!
