How to pay?

The registration and accommodation fees must be paid before the start of the HSS session, and payment can be made either separately or together. The course fee can be paid in cash or by credit card at our office at the beginning of the HSS session. If you choose, you can also pay all three fees (registration, accommodation and course fee) in advance.

The bank transfer must include the student’s full name and the reference number 99059282. Without this information, your payment cannot be processed.

Please send a copy of the bank transfer to us by fax or regular mail within one week after payment has been made. We will notify you by email when we have received this information. Please note that all payments must be made without charges to the payee.

Credit Card

You can pay the registration, course and accommodation fees as well as the social programme package online with your credit card. Please note that we only accept Visa and Eurocard/Mastercard.

When paying online, you will need the credit card number, card verification code (last three digits on the reverse side of the card) and the date of expiry. Your credit card details will not be revealed to Helsinki Summer School.
